Halda T-drive part number: V-12 N 

This fits British Cars from about 1965-1975. It connects a Halda Tripmaster or Speedpilot to the speedometer and speedometer drive cable to operate the Rally instrumentation and the speedo simultaneously. 

If you rallied back in those days you will know what it is.
